It can take between 2 hours and 2 days for a credit card or PayPal payment to be verified, but typically we process and clear payments within 1-2 days. Once the payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2-5 working days. Click the button below to check whether your order has been packed and is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse, or if it is already in the process of being shipped. If your previous order was confiscated by customs, you can also check the delivery status of the items that are being reshipped. |
