GENERAL QUESTIONS


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE I’VE PLACED IT?

We will dispatch your order within 2 -5 business days after payment for your order has been received.

For orders to the US, shipping typically takes up to 12 days to arrive, and for non-US countries, up to 17 days.

Please be aware that many factors outside of our control can influence the overall date of delivery, which is why we can only provide an estimate.

We can ship to any location within the US or any international address!


WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our major warehouses are spread across Europe, Singapore, Thailand, and India.

It will not be clear what country your order was originally sent from when you receive it, as we route your order through other countries to hide its origin to be discreet.

We never stipulate our organization’s name on any of your packages.

This ensures absolute confidentiality by protecting both you and the supplier you bought from, and overall increases the likelihood of you receiving your order without any issues.


IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND AN ORDER TO A P.O. BOX ADDRESS?

Yes, sending your order to a P.O. Box address is no problem at all.

If you would like your order to be sent to an APO (Army Post Office) address, however, please enquire with our customer care team to see whether we can assist you.


ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS I CAN ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE

Unfortunately, the answer is no. We specialize in internet sales and our products are exclusively available through our website only.

ORDERING IN BULK


CAN YOU SHIP IN BULK OR LARGE QUANTITIES?

Yes, we can accommodate larger orders, as we have been with our regular customers for years.

When fulfilling bulk orders, we split your order into multiple smaller separate shipments small enough so as not to attract the attention of customs officials.

Regardless of what the overall size of your order is, each separate parcel is treated with the same level of discretion and packing as a smaller order.

Additionally, we only quote a single handling and postage fee for your entire order, regardless of how big your order is!

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT THE CONTENTS
OF MY PARCEL REMAIN DISCREET?

CHANGING ORDERS


HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

I placed the order, but I haven’t paid yet:

It’s possible to change your order as often as you’d like.

Simply, disregard the order confirmation email you received and place a new one.

Alternatively, to change an order you’ve already placed:

  • Log into your account;
  • Choose the order ID you’d like to make changes to;
  • Choose “Edit Order.”

I’ve placed and paid for the order already:

It’s possible to still make adjustments to your order if it has already been paid for as long as we haven’t packed and dispatched it.

However, you will need to get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible:

Please notify us via the form on our Contact Us page (remember to include your order ID) to warn us to hold off on packing or dispatching your order until you’ve made the changes you’d want.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY PAYMENT?

Payments are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days.

If the payment provider denies a payment (for example when wrong account details were entered), you’ll be notified by email. The entire payment procedure will then have to be redone in this case.

After the transaction has been properly completed and validated, we will dispatch your order within 24 hours.

I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT HOW DO I PAY?

Following the completion of your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

If you haven’t received it, please contact us and we’ll email it to you again right away.

To avoid any unnecessary delays, the payment instructions should be followed carefully..

What do I do if my credit card was not charged after I placed an order?

After a transaction, your card will not be immediately debited. Verification can take anything from two hours to two days.

If your card is not charged within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

What if my credit card’s billing address is different from the shipping address?

This won’t be a problem. If our payment gateway advises us to check this order, you may be asked to provide extra verification.

If your billing country is not the same as your delivery country, you will need to use an alternative payment method.


HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PAYMENT?

To see whether your payment is still pending verification; has failed verification, or has been approved successfully, enter your order number and email address here:

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY


WHERE CAN FIND MY TRACKING CODE?

Your tracking code will become active within 2-5 days once you’ve paid for your order and it
has been dispatched from our warehouse.

If you haven’t received it from us via email yet,
log in to your website here and go to My Account > Order History to find it:

WHY DOES THE TRACKING WEBSITE SHOW THAT MY ORDER HASN’T BEEN MOVING FOR 5 DAYS?

This tends to happen when an item is being held at customs and is awaiting clearance.

Please don’t be concerned, as it doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s a shipping issue.

However, please contact us immediately if your tracking code shows that your order hasn’t moved for 10 days, and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible.

You can also call your local EMS office or USPS branch with this tracking code to look into the situation further.

WHY DOESN’T THE TRACKING WEBSITE RECOGNIZE MY TRACKING CODE?

If we currently don’t have enough stock available within the US to fulfill your order, we may need to import it from one of our other international warehouses.

When the delivery service provider in that country collects your order from our warehouse, it gets sent to a central regional logistics hub where it awaits customs export approval. Only then do they issue a tracking code and these steps can take up to 3 business days.

If, however, you haven’t received a tracking code after 3 business days, please contact us.

Customers in the United States are recommended to track their packages using www.aftership.com until they arrive at their country’s borders.

After that, you can use the www.usps.comwebsite to track your package.

We recommend registering your email address and tracking code on USPS’s website so that you may receive regular updates on the progress of your shipment.

SHIPPING DELAYS


ARE DELAYS IN SHIPPING POSSIBLE?

Yes, it is likely.

We provide an estimate for expected delivery arrival based on our statistics and previous experience, but it is subject to several external factors out of our control, such as postal service efficacy, customs clearance, and international transit routes, among others.

Typically, 80-85% of airmail shipments arrive within 10 working days, and 15-20% arrive within 10 to 15 working days. This discrepancy is due to the reliability of other postal providers’ services.

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THESE SHIPPING DELAYS?

The packages first travel from local to national postal service hubs and then await customs clearance processing both at the point of export from the country our warehouse is located in and then again to the country you are receiving your parcel. Once cleared for import, it makes its way through the regional mail hubs to finally get to you.

Each succeeding phase affects the overall delivery time. Even if the majority of these procedures are completed quickly and efficiently, a break in the supply chain will cause the next one to be delayed.


I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED, WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?

Before contacting us regarding late delivery, please check your account’s ‘Order History’ and figure out how many business days have passed since you placed the order.

Your order should reach you at the latest by day 15 (or 17 if you’re based outside of the US).

However, if it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us so that our team can try to resolve the problem.

CLEARING CUSTOMS


WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT CUSTOMS WILL SEIZE MY PACKAGE?

It’s highly improbable due to our discreet packing approach. We have a 99.9% success rate in delivering products to our consumers in the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa.

Regardless, we have a no-cost replacement policy, so we will redeliver your product once for free or credit your account for a future purchase.

Once you email us the official notification of the seizure from the post office or customs, we will re-deliver it within the US within 5 – 12 business days, or to an international address within 5 – 17 days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CLEAR CUSTOMS?

Typically, it takes up to 5 days for customs to clear your goods.

The main sources of delays include customs clearance in the country where the products are being exported from, as well as customs in the destination country.

For this reason, the delivery tracking website may show that your order has not moved for 5 days.

UPON RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY


When using EMS (USPS) tracked shipping, a signature is required upon arrival.

WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

We try our best to ensure that you receive the products you ordered.

To be sure that the service provider delivered your products successfully, we require you to verify that you received the order by signing for the order at the time of delivery.

Additionally, it helps us to counter false claims by either customers or by service providers of orders not being delivered.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY


WHY HAS MY ORDER GONE MISSING?

There may be two reasons why you haven’t gotten your order:

1. It could have been misplaced in the mail:

If you have not received your order or a notification that your order has been detained at customs after 30 days, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your Order ID number.

As soon as we can verify that you have not received your order, we will reship it to you at our own expense.

2. The order may have been seized by customs.

In the rare case that this occurs, kindly let us know by sending us an inquiry via the form on our Contact Us page.

We may need you to send us a photo or scanned copy of the Customs & Excise seizure letter you received so that your team can verify whether the goods were seized and then discuss reimbursement options with you for your order, or we will reship the missing items to you for free.

RESHIPPING


MY ORDER IS BEING RESHIPPED, BUT WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG?

When you place an order with us, we understand that you want your items as soon as possible.

If a previous order from us was seized by customs because it contained any items which are prohibited from being imported, it could lead to your address being flagged.

It is therefore risky to send you packages containing anabolic steroids to the same location regularly as Customs and Excise may become suspicious.

This will lead to them inspecting every overseas package you get sent to your address in the future, regardless of whether it’s from us or not, in turn causing all of your deliveries to be delayed.

If we have to reship any of your items, we take the utmost care to ensure we don’t cause any unnecessary future inconvenience to you.

To ensure that the items reshipped to you arrive successfully, our team may ask you to provide a different receiving address to the one you provided us with previously.

They will then either dispatch it from a different international warehouse or separate your order into multiple smaller and separated packages.
